Jiggo ("the App") is a digital companion designed exclusively for wine enthusiasts and home brewers, offering a seamless blend of aesthetic design and practical functionality. By accessing or using Jiggo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. Jiggo empowers you to curate and manage your personal wine cellar, track homebrew batches from fermentation to bottling, and utilize advanced features such as the AI scanner for vintage identification—all without the requirement of creating or logging into a user account.
Your use of Jiggo is entirely voluntary, and you retain full control over the information you choose to input into the App, including details about your wine collection, homebrew recipes, and fermentation progress. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only, and you agree not to use Jiggo for any unlawful activities or in violation of applicable guidelines.
Jiggo provides a range of features tailored to enhance your wine and homebrewing experience, including but not limited to: a personalized wine cellar catalog, homebrew batch tracking (from fermentation to bottling), AI-powered vintage identification via live camera or gallery upload, and a visually immersive glassmorphism interface with dynamic animations and gradients. You agree to use these features responsibly and in accordance with the intended purpose of the App.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data you input into Jiggo, including wine vintage details, brewing recipes, fermentation timelines, and any other personal preferences. Jiggo does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information and shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the data you provide.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Jiggo, nor to create derivative works based on the App. Any unauthorized use of Jiggo's features or content may result in restricted access to the App's functionalities.
All content you create or input into Jiggo (including wine collection data, homebrew recipes, batch tracking logs, and personal notes) remains your exclusive property. Jiggo does not claim ownership of any user-generated content and will not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit knowledge, as outlined in the Jiggo Privacy Policy.
The intellectual property rights to Jiggo's interface, design elements, AI scanner technology, and pre-built features (including gradients, animations, and glassmorphism design) are owned by the Jiggo development team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these features for personal use only.
Jiggo is designed to provide accurate and reliable functionality for wine and homebrew tracking, but the App's performance may be affected by device compatibility, internet connectivity, and other technical factors outside of our control. We strive to maintain and update Jiggo regularly to ensure optimal performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all features at all times.
The AI scanner feature is intended to assist with vintage identification and cataloging, but Jiggo does not guarantee 100% accuracy in vintage recognition. Factors such as label quality, lighting conditions, and camera resolution may impact the scanner's performance, and you agree to use this feature as a helpful tool rather than a definitive source of vintage information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any local data stored by Jiggo. Since Jiggo does not require account creation or login, all data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to back it up through the App's optional features. We recommend regularly backing up your Jiggo data to prevent loss due to device damage, replacement, or software issues.
You agree to use Jiggo in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations related to alcohol consumption and homebrewing. Jiggo is not intended for use by individuals under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction, and you confirm that you are of legal age to access and use the App's content.
We may periodically release updates to Jiggo to improve functionality, add new features, fix bugs, or enhance user experience. These updates may be automatic or require manual installation, and you agree to install necessary updates to continue using the App's full range of features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of Jiggo at any time, with or without notice, to adapt to user needs and technological advancements.
Any changes to this User Agreement will be communicated through in-app notifications or updates to the App's documentation. Continued use of Jiggo after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
